Description:
SS blended yarn can be used as anti static yarn and conductive yarn, It has stable conductivity, good resistance to perspiration and oxidation, and permanent conductivity.the SUS blended yarn is widely used for touch screen gloves, smart clothing and anti static clothing.
The stainless steel conductive fiber can be blended with polyester,polypropylene fiber, and also metal fiber and aramid blended yarn to serve high temperature application.produces 316L stainless steel fiber conductive yarn for ESD nonwoven fabric,which is important material for anti static filter bag and ESD bags.
The fabric made of 10%-100% stainless steel fiber blended yarn has good electromagnetic radiation shielding function and conductivity.It can be used for electromagnetic radiation protection clothing, and also electromagnetic shielding covers for industry machines, further more, it also applied conductive clothing and high-voltage live working clothing for electricity workers.
●Stainless steel fiber antistatic yarn for fire retardant industry
Flame retardant conductive yarn is usually made of 2% to 30% stainless steel fiber and aramid fiber, flame retardant viscose fiber, flame retardant viscose fiber or flame retardant polyester fiber. The yarn has flame retardant and conductive properties.
